Ochako wasn't sure what to do at first when she had the same name on both wrists. Then she saw a Hero rescue a Villain one day, and the idea clicked. If she could do the same for her soulmate then she could defy the odds and have a happy ending in this messy situation. She will be a hero and save him.
Izuku wasn't left guessing at who was who on his wrists. No he was left wondering where he fell in society and how he could change it. How he could show that being a hero was all about your convictions and drive to help people, not your quirk, or lack thereof.
