There was one thing Ronaldo didn’t consider before embarking on this plan:
He was absolutely, positively terrified of having his blood drained by a vampire.
He’d been bit before. In this profession, it was an inevitability. Draluc would hardly be the first to taste Ronaldo’s blood.
But to have it drained, to have Draluc’s fangs brushing against his vulnerable neck and plunging into him, to have him suck and drink and drain him… Ronaldo feared as though he might pass out just from the thought.

After a shameful lack of celebration for Draluc's last birthday, Ronaldo decides to make it up to Draluc this year, and comes up with the single most stupid, idiotic, brainless, terrible, awful, no good, very bad idea to give to him as his present.
Fortunately for him, it may be just what Draluc wanted.

Donnie’s gaze snaps to the concrete floor, mouth closing, and gratitude replaced with a new batch of tangible nausea. Dimly, he recognizes Mikey being smacked by a disgruntled Raphael in the background, but he doesn’t really comprehend it over the lightheadedness suddenly overtaking him.
He doesn’t believe in God, but he finds himself praying anyway.

Summary
Donatello is trapped and alone, with a bomb about to go off behind him. He knows he won't make it out, and says his final goodbyes to his brothers, who are arguably the best parts of his life. That is, until Raphael decides to call him stupid. Now he has to get out, if only to punch Raphael in the face for being such a jerk in his final moments.
OR: Donnie is SPITEFUL and Raph fully knows how to manipulate his brother into saving his own life.
