Wilbur loves going on patrols.
The feeling of wind in his hair, the normal adrenaline rush he gets when hiding or fighting hero's, being able to let his magic voice sing freely through the crisp night air, and the freedom that came with being the number 1 villain.
He loves it all.
But tonight is different, instead of feeling excited or happy, he feels angry, no, angry is an understatement, he is furious.
How could someone hurt Tommy, sweet, innocent, Tommy?
Or
Protect villain Wilbur (do I really need anymore of an explanation??)

Truthfully, Orpheus knew this was stupid, even for him.
But he really wanted some of those muffins that Siren had brought to their last meeting, and he couldn’t be bothered to change for one measly child.
I mean, the kid in front of him couldn’t have been more than seventeen.
So he watched, waiting for a reaction that never came, and Tommy tilted his head with furrowed brows.
“Are you going to order, or just stare at me until we close?”

Tommy is complacent in his life. He's got a job with people he trusts, a sort-of-brother, and enough money to manage on his own when they age out of the system. He's doing perfectly fine for himself, thank you very much, and he doesn't need the sort of family that this Phil guy keeps trying to offer him.
Or, Tommy heals a villain and has to deal with the consequences of his actions.

Summary
Tommy was a fairly simple lad, he liked to think. He lived with his chaotic family of five and worked at one of the local coffee gigs down the street. He attended a basic school with basic classes and was part of the basic filmography club. Nothing crazy about his life.
Beyond his family being some of the most notorious villains this side of the country.
Tommy is born by creation of a god and deals with some crazy-ass powers due to it. His family being villains is hardly an issue when a single touch makes him mimic people's powers - his family doesn't know that though.
OR the five times he mimics someone's powers without his family knowing and the one time they find out

Summary
Protesilaus sounded bored. Tommy saw him turn around, and clamped his hands harder over his mouth, because he was entirely exposed right now. A defenceless raccoon hybrid, cowering against the base of a marble pillar, who couldn’t even run if he was seen, because running outside would just mean returning to a fate worse than even villains.
Healer foster kid Tommy gets yoinked by some major villains. We’ve all been here, we’ve done this, I promise this is still pretty fun if you’re in the mood for some self hatred and forced adoption
