Tim wakes up inexplicably in his two-year-old body. Which: odd. But just think, how many people would kill to have an opportunity to redo their life! And Tim has so much he wants to change, so much he wants. He wants to feel important to Bruce. He wants to be Dick's favorite. He wants Jason (his childhood hero) to think he's cool. He wants Damian to need him. And really, is it manipulation if his family benefits from it?
Or: He was halfway through the second trash can, when a startled “Good lord” caught him off guard. Tim glanced up, the rhythmic sucking of his pacifier coming to a still at the sight of a black Rolls Royce idling at the side road that lead to Wayne Manor. Alfred was staring at him from the over the car top, aghast. “Master Bruce, it’s not a raccoon.”
From the back seat, Bruce Wayne stared at him. Tim stared back.

(A cup and funnel, a turkey baster, they'd tried it all. Things finally worked out when Harwin offered to help them. Jacaerys is born with silver-blond hair and the same lilac eyes as his mother.
Alicent...still has feelings about Rhaenyra's sons that most certainly do not stem from jealousy, thank you very much.)

It’s just that Rhaenyra is beautiful, and she’s been so unhappy these past four years, what with losing her mother and then losing Daemon for a while as well, and Alicent thinks she at least deserves something nice, it is her wedding after all—
“I’m sure she’ll be fine.” Daemon resumes his cleaning of Dark Sister with a renewed vigor. “And in the meantime, I’d prefer not to imagine her in bed with Laenor.”
“You know she would rather it was you.”
Daemon ignores this, and is silent again until, looking up from his blade with a crooked grin on his face, he says, “If you’re so interested in the idea of Rhaenyra being pleased in bed, you could always just take her yourself.”
Alicent blushes. She knows she admitted something to Daemon that she shouldn’t have about Rhaenyra the night they drank together, although she can’t remember exactly what, and she should have known that he would use that information to mock her sooner or later. “Don’t say that,” she snaps. “It’s not funny.”
“I’m being serious.”

Daemon nodded, taking a sip from his cup.
Viserys caught his gaze and held it. “Instead, I want you to govern, as if you were king.”
Daemon choked, spluttering and wasting the fine Arbor Gold all over the floor. “What?!”
“You say you wish to be my Hand, and later succeed me on the Iron Throne. Let us test that shall we? Discover whether you truly wish to rule the Seven Kingdoms.”
In the wake of his grief, Daemon’s words and pleas at the foot of the Iron Throne manage to touch Viserys’s heart. He had lost sight, in his quest for a son, of the family he already had. He had forgotten that House Targaryen could only be felled when it teared itself apart from the inside out.
No more.
So, rather than exile, Viserys decides to take a gamble.

Summary
After the tragic death of Lyonel Strong in a fire at Harrenhal, King Viserys resolves to once again name Otto Hightower as the Hand of the King. That night, Viserys dreams of the dire future awaiting his family and the realm. The future he himself has inadvertently brought about.
Viserys decides to do everything he can to prevent that future and ensure that his daughter will one day ascend the throne unopposed.
Rhaenyra is not sure if she believes in the veracity of her father’s dream but, on the back foot against Alicent at court, the king’s newfound support is welcomed.

Later in the same summer, Dorothea, Dick and Titty, along with the small Callums then revisit the Hebrides. (I've got Port and Starboard as Nell and Bess in by copy of coot club (not a first ed.) so went with Port being Nell and Starboard being Bess.) If I've got it wrong, I'm sorry.
