“Based on your description of the villain, the pink dust at the scene, and Mic’s — er — condition, we believe you were attacked by a villain that goes by the name of Cupid,” Tsukauchi says, shifting in his seat. “His quirk is called hanahaki. He produces a pink dust that, when inhaled, makes a person fall desperately in love with whoever they see first. The feeling is so intense that the victim becomes ill and eventually dies if they cannot be near the object of their desire.”
Shōta blinks. It really doesn’t get much better the second time around.

They all deal with Oboro’s death in different ways. After graduation, Shouta throws himself into hero work and isolates himself from his friends. Hizashi tries to use music as an outlet and puts together a band. Shouta leaving hits Hizashi a little harder at his show tonight, but luckily Nemuri is there to help pick him back up when he falls apart.

Summary
After waking up in an idyllic dream, Shouta and Hizashi lose two weeks of their lives at the hands of an unreality villain with a penchant for kidnapping heroes and ‘curing’ them of trauma. The two of them are deemed to have ‘shared trauma’ and placed in a hospital for observation, a place neither of the two of them like.
Shouta isn't the same person he was when he'd been attacked by the villain, and neither is Hizashi. After waking up, he questions why he’s been holding back all this time... and he can't seem to come up with an answer.

So Shouta keeps haunting the corners of the kitchen, trying to find where his mom hid the potatoes, the ginger, the apples, the cabinet with the spices.
