    The first time Shinobu Kocho remembers dying, she is six.
    This memory does not come as a dream. It arrives instead as a scent-iron on the wind, bitter and cold as the moment a heart stops beating. A sword in her hand. Her sister screaming her name. Her own body breaking under a demon's jaws.
    Then it vanishes.

    But the memory burrows in.
    *I don't own any og Plot from either manga/anime. Kudos to the lovely people who created them.
