AU- Red Hood & the Outlaws #24: Red Hood shot Penguin in the face, a seemingly fatal shot, on live television. Batman encounters Red Hood and delivers his punishment and justice, as Red Hood does not fight back but instead pleads for his fathers mercy. Roy Harper, Arsenal, rescues Red Hood from Batman's brutal punishment and escapes. However, Red Hood and Jason are pronounced dead.
Talia al Ghul is on a path to avenge her son.
Selina Kyle is desperate to get vengeance on Jason's behalf.
