Summary
After a bad day in class, Izuku is left to contemplate his future. Without heroics, he isn’t sure what’s left for him.
When a mysterious boy and his little sister whisk Izuku away from UA and almost thirty years into the future, he’s at a loss. The world is so much more different. And these kids, they have the life he always dreamed about when he was younger. Unfortunately, they seem determined to keep Izuku from learning too much about it. Uncertain how long he’ll be trapped there, Izuku is left to wonder about what his own future self is doing. Does he have a family? What’s his job? Little does he know, the answer might be closer than he thinks.

“Honey," said Izuku taking the reins of the conversation and pulling Ame closer to him while sitting in the bed again, "we aren't... we already told you that we are not boyfriends.”
“Yes you are," insisted Ame.
“No sweetheart.”
“That would be a fucking real nightmare," Katsuki wanted to stupidly contribute getting a silent reprimand from the emerald eyes.
“But the man of the TV says you're sleeping together.”
“Oh my god," escaped from Izuku’s lips understanding the double meaning of what Ame had heard on TV, "I'm not ready for this. Help me here, Kacchan," he said looking at him with a wide-eyed look.
“The TV says a ton of shit, Ame," Katsuki commented although his voice sounded strange, not as strong as usual, “you can't believe anything they say.”
“So… if you aren't boyfriends...” Ame's mind was racing forward as if every second presented more unknowns and incongruities, “why do you live together?”
“I wonder that too, little parrot," Katsuki answered , “I wonder that too.”Or Izuku and Katsuki are forced to temporarily take care of a little angelic girl who will bring chaos into their lives.

Despairing but warm, Katsuki sobbed. Every long stroke of a big hand down his spine wrenched forth another choking cry from deep within him and every cry cracked his headache further open. The room spun when he tried to open his eyes, forcing his face back into a warm, hard chest, damp with his tears and snot. He wanted to sleep. He wanted to sleep forever. To sleep forever and never wake up or have to face his actions. His fuck-ups.
“If-it’d… if it’were you…” he slurred, gripping a soft shirt until his fingers were in danger of snapping.
“Nothing would be different,” a gentle voice assured him.

“You love Dynamight,” Kota said.
Izuku let out a long-suffering exhale. “I beg your pardon?”
“You forgot Hero Dynamight over your girlfriend,” Kota continued. “That means that he’s… he’s the love of your life.”
Kota’s cheeks reddened like he was embarrassed about what he had just said. Izuku stared at him. He didn’t know a Hero Dynamight. But there were a lot of heroes he didn’t know. The world was a big place, after all.
“You grew up together,” Kota barrelled on. “You tell us all the time how the two of you are friends. He guest lectures here sometimes. You… you don’t know who I’m talking about?”
Izuku swallowed hard as he looked at Kota’s face. If this were any other student, he wouldn’t believe it. But Kota wasn’t the type to joke or kid around, especially not with something of this magnitude.
Izuku accidentally gets hit with one of his students' quirks and temporarily forgets the love of his life - who is not, as it turns out, his current girlfriend.
