Post Part 3 Everybody Lives AU from multiple perspectives, but mostly Jotaro and Noriaki. In which the boys heal together. In which Jotaro and Noriaki find friendship in their shared experiences. In which romance blossoms, but slowly because I'm a sucker for that. Also includes lots of Avpol and other assorted queer goodness.
Named after my favorite song, Electric Blue by Icehouse, and you'll see why eventually.
