    Summary

“I… I only have a ten,” he stammers, taking the Advil off the counter. “Sorry. I’ll just… put this back.”

Wilbur gives him a pitying look, but Tubbo knows he won’t help. Tommy has complained about how strict Wilbur’s boss is regarding lack of payment, and besides, he’s just a kid who Wilbur might know. Why would he feel the need to help him?

“I—uh—I’ll pay for you,” a small, squeaky voice pipes up from next to him.

Tubbo turns and nearly drops the container in his hands. The weird kid from down the street–Niki’s roommate, the whimsical, frightened stranger–is standing less than five feet away from him, holding out a ten dollar bill.

    - - -

Tubbo is pretty sure that his life is going to end soon. He is a senior in high school, and the only thing he has going for him is his relatively lame marching band experience. He is going to graduate high school, get a minimum wage job, and waste away without ever leaving the town that raised him. However, just when he has accepted his fate, he meets Ranboo, a new student who shows him that there might be more to life than what he had thought.

    Summary

"Ranboo blinked, the bright, unnatural purple of his eyes telling Tubbo all he needed to know.
    'Hello, Tubbo,' he said.
Ranboo was never one to say much about his past, but he had told Tubbo one thing: If Tubbo ever saw him with purple eyes, he was to run and never look back. No matter what Ranboo said in that state, he couldn’t be trusted.
So Tubbo did exactly what he had been instructed to do. He bolted."

    ---

Tubbo is (forcefully) enlisted by Dream to help him with a project.

    Summary

Those were the good times. The times when they drank and laughed, momentarily forgetting the outside world so they could enjoy each other’s company. Wilbur was bold like Schlatt, but he was also kind like Karl and funny like Sapnap. He had been a mixture of all the good things Quackity wanted, and he had let that blind him. He had failed to see the faults until it was too late.

Wilbur could be bold, but he could also be so aggressive that it left Quackity feeling afraid and insignificant. He could be kind, but he could also be distant in a way that made Quackity wonder what he had done wrong. He was funny, but he also knew exactly how to poke fun at Quackity just enough to make it hurt.

Wilbur could make Quackity hate himself in a way that seemed like it wasn’t his fault.

    ---

Or; Wilbur returns after a year of disappearing, and Quackity snaps.

    Summary

Dream reflects on the night of his first kiss.

    - - -

George was listening to music, his head resting on the bus window as he watched the passing lights. From this close, Dream could hear the faint music playing in his headphones. The song was soft and melodic, and just listening to the echoes of it made him feel sleepy. Absent-mindedly, George was tapping his hands and feet to the rhythm. It was a habit of his, Dream had noticed. Whenever he was listening to music–recorded or in person–he always had to be moving to the rhythm.

Marching band au with the canon characters

This will probably turn into a series but it really depends on my motivation level.

    Summary

Quackity has been working for months trying to build his new country. He has barely had any time to rest, pushing thoughts of other people and friends aside in favor of making his country more powerful. Until, a newly resurrected Wilbur Soot crashes into his plans.

    ---

As expected, he just stood there, his hands sunk deep into his pockets. The ugly stitches crisscrossing the left side of his face seemed even more apparent in the broad daylight, but he showed no sign of being self conscious. Of course he didn’t. Quackity doubted he felt any emotions other than smugness and masochism.
“What do you want, Soot?” he asked.

    ---

(AKA me having too much time on my hands and ignoring my 57 other projects I need to complete)

As always, this is about the canon characters, not the CC's!
