N was always considered the liability when it came back to his squad. When it came down to most kills, he had the worst luck and sometimes the softest heart of the group. When it concerned orders, he could be a little slow on the uptake, but it always came back to being a good disassembly drone for the group. They simply felt what they felt.Or: I gave Cyn a friend (OC) that feels nothing. Someone to trust that will not leave her side, someone who understand being broken. A bit self insert I don't care. This was supposed to be a small draft and it ended with almost 20k. I still don't consider this a full story but I wrote it so I'm not looking back now.

When Cyn starts overtaking Uzi's systems, N frantically struggles to find a way to stop it. V tells him to just stop, and Doll is just trying to keep herself alive.
He couldn't stop, he couldn't let Uzi fade away, he had to save her! There had to be a way!

And Doll proceeds to absolutely lose it.

“[Doorman.]” She let out with a voice laden with disappointment.
“Alekseyevna.” Uzi deadpanned in response. She was carrying a rather large backpack visibly filled to the brim.
“[What do you want?]” They have not seen each other in the months since the Cabin Fever Labs debacle, where the Solver was thwarted from taking either of them or the planet but not stopped for good.
“I have been pressured to be your one-day-late Santa. Ho Ho Ho or something.” The purple-eyed Drone responded as she took off the backpack.

Summary
N was feeling a lot better now that he had been able to talk to someone.
Still, he couldn’t help but begin to worry.
If Cyn’s old owners had thrown her out due to her being “abnormal”, then how did N know that the same thing wasn’t going to happen to him? If his apparent lack of normalcy kept causing problems, then maybe the Elliots would one day finally have enough and get rid of him.
And who could blame them?

After waking up from a memory of his time at the Elliot manor, N begins to feel insecure about being autistic. He starts to wonder if one day Uzi will leave him because he isn’t “normal”. And he can’t even say that he would blame her.
AKA the author is autistic so she projected it onto one of her highest kins and also onto his little sister and his bestie/girlfriend.
