Basically a TMNT x Arcane crossover

Summary
After being mutated Donnie and Mikey were saved from a lab explosion by Splinter, who soon became depressed at his new rat form. The two siblings, being fascinated by the human world, began to sneak up to the surface to explore and even made a human friend named April O’Neil. Upon seeing the mess that New York was in and inspired by their hero Lou Jitsu, Donnie and Mikey decide to try their hand at being heroes.
But how will they help if they can’t be seen by most humans? And what happens then they meet another set of mutant turtles who appear to be in a bad situation?

Summary
After an explosion that destroyed the lab they were created in, Raph and Leo were raised by warrior scientist Baron Draxum and aristocrat Big Mama. After being chosen as Draxum’s heir Raph struggles to live up to the expectations while Leo, bitter with resentment, turns toward rebellion and illegal activities, particularly his prodigious talent for gambling in the Hidden City.
But when Draxum’s lost creations show up, the warrior alchemist demands that they be brought back to him. Will Raph and Leo be able to follow Draxum’s order? Or will these newfound family members change their minds about how things really are?
