Perpetua and Copia, Romulus and Remus. One and the same. Copia built the empire and is (unhappily) taking his place as frater imperator trying not to miss the freedom of the stage but when his twin brother comes back looking to destroy everything he has built or destroy him copia has to finally take his destiny into his own hands and do whatever it takes to keep order. No matter the cost.
