    Grian’s hopelessly in love with his coworker and fellow architecture professor—Scar. He knows nothing's going to come from it, but when he finds out Scar’s got a thing for his vigilante alter-ego, Grian can’t help but use that to his advantage.

    Hotguy is infatuated with his vigilante pseudo–nemesis, but Cuteguy keeps blocking his advances and he isn’t anywhere close to getting through to the man. When his civilian coworker Grian winds up in the hospital for something he should have been able to prevent, he can't stop himself from falling for the man.

    Or, a hero/vigilante AU inspired by the DDVAU by Doody and Maruu.
    In which, Grian and Scar both have secret identities, ones an illegal vigilante—the other the city's biggest hero. They ‘fight’ all night long and both go home to civilian jobs, where they unknowingly meet as coworkers. There's a big messy love square with a few breakups and more than a few stolen kisses.

    Grian led a simple life.

    Between attending his courses, working some shifts here and there at the university's library, and hanging out with his siblings; the man was quite content.

    This peace was interrupted the moment Grian got assigned to work with one of his eccentric peers on a group project. Whether he liked it or not, Grian's life was never going to be the same after Scar.

     

    OR: Scar and Grian are forced into doing a group project together, chaos and feelings ensue.

    “One more life to go…” they chant, their voices a hollow echo. “One more life to go…"

    And this time, Grian doesn’t even hesitate.

    He walks to the edge of the cliff, looking out over the desert they once fought to protect. The wind blows softly, carrying with it the faintest whisper of memories. Grian closes his eyes, feeling the breeze brush against his useless, clipped wings, a strange ache in his chest.

    He takes a deep breath, stepping forward, his taloned feet finding only the air beneath him.

    And then he’s falling.

    It felt like flying.

    or; after beating Scar to death in the cactus ring, Grian jumps off monopoly mountain to escape the pain and devastation. Waking up back on hermitcraft, Grian realizes he is the only one to remember the events of third life.

    He also does not remember anything *but* third life.

    Grian just got DUMPED. After 6 years with BigB, he doesn't know what to do, so he does what he usually does when he's at an impass; make a new secret identity up and do something stupid, But the moment he becomes a vigilante hero, a VERY gay and VERY annoying theatre-kid-turned-supervillan descends onto Hermit city, declaring war on Grian and his new hero freind, a govornment certified hero known as HotGuy, who little does he know, is his super hot roommate Scar.

    Scar just met this bird guy at work and he's already swooning. this is gonna go PERFECTLY because neither of them has any TRAUMA or anything...

    Together Hotguy and Cuteguy fight Supervillans and Social Injustice while falling in love, because at the end of the day, they were chasing phantoms, but all they caught were feelings

    this fic is comedy gold I can't belive I wrote it. please, do enjoy.
