Summary
Runo and Dan were hanging around in Runo's family restaurant at night, they were talking about Masquerade's sudden inactivity. For a week, there hadn't been any attacks by his minions, or anything about him at all.
And that worried the two brawlers, "what was the masked freak scheming?"- they thought.
Thats when Masquerade suddenly enters the closed restaurant looking like he was ran over by a garbage truck, and as soon as he crosses the door, he almost falls to the floor before limping towards the two brawlers and speaking to them in the most exhausted voice possible.
"I've had a terrible, TERRIBLE week.... 'mind if i take a seat?".

Summary
Akira Kurusu is dead.
Goro knows this because he can see him. He’s standing beside the bar, miserable and translucent, his posture tight and eyes faded dull. He flinches every time someone suggests going back to the ship to get him, presumably because, like Goro, he knows what they’ll find. He wonders if he’s real— he assumes he can’t be. Ghosts aren’t an actual thing that exist, and it wouldn’t be that much of a stretch for his own mind to finally have fucking cracked after a day like today.
It doesn’t matter. Either he’s finally snapped, because Akira is dead and it’s his fault, or he’s being haunted because Akira is dead and it’s his fault. The difference, in the moment, feels semantic.
(It's not like it's bad having him around. And if he's right and Goro can bring him back? Well. He's not going to get his hopes up.)

‘Can't you follow a single order?’
Sitting back on his heels, Eren presses a hand on his lips. Looking at it, his fingers are covered in his blood.
‘She said the Warhammer's, not the Jaw's.’
Strictly speaking, he is right, but Levi has no patience left for arguments.
‘You mean the one you just ate?’
‘No, she's alive.’
‘How can you know?’
‘Because I think I'd feel something if I get new powers.’
‘A hunch? That's not good enough.’
‘I didn't chew, I don't need to lie.’
Now, that doesn't sound so bad. He has to give him that.
