He's not used to be taken care of, in fact, it makes him incredibly embarrassed, and yet... he finds that he loves it.

“The fuck do you mean ‘kinds’? You’re a human too, stupid.” Katsuki burst back accusingly, even though he was beginning to be extremely doubtful of that statement.
“Wait, you didn’t know?”
“Know what?!!!” Katsuki hollered, confusion pooling in his guts.
