You watch as the two brothers face each other.
You know them. You do. One is named Carlo. Former specter. Former human. Now something else entirely.
The other is Pinocchio. Former puppet. He grew to be something else. And now he has, once more, changed. But not for the better.
On Elysium Boulevard, on that damned bridge, they face each other.
Carlo's face contorted in anguish, calling out for his brother to come back.
P’s face split in a rictus you do not recognize, except that it looks out of place on the normally kind and naïve puppet.
How did we get there, you ask?
How could such a thing ever happen?
Let's turn back the clock shall we.

None of them were surprised by the fact Tyler seemed to like both of them back. They had figured out a while ago that Tyler's heart was too big to love only one person. But they were wary, and as good friends, need to do a little bit of....shovel talk.

So, I’m obsessed with Lies of P.
Specifically, with the Specter!Carlo AU created on tumblr by @ash-arts-a-thing !!
Please look it up, it’s absolutely amazing and has overtaken my brain.
The idea goes as follow: on a NG+, what if instead of Specter you were able to summon Carlo ? With all the snarks ?
This would change the story completely, and @ash-arts-a-thing has a whole series describing how the AU would work, how the characters would interact etc.
It's abolutely amazing !!I'll compile every OS/snippets/etc I've written for this AU in this series!

“I’m not inside the house,” Gustave objects, just to be an ass — he can feel a smile forming on his lips. “And I’m not ‘whooo’. More like, ‘hmmm’.”
“‘Hmmm’. Is that the official term?”
“Yup,” Gustave lowers his head, examining the wrist connections of the prosthesis.
Or: Gustave finds out that “Barbapapa” is not really compatible with intricate mechanisms. Luckily, Verso is there to help.
