A character analysis/study that examines Cindarr's character in the cartoon and explains why I don't believe he's an utter idiot. It also includes the implications the writers left behind; mainly Cindarr being a feral child at some point in his childhood. While all of this is pure speculation, this could explain his difficulty with speech, personality and other skills, his fondness of animals, and his apparent slowness.
