Summary
Zanka honestly should’ve taken that as a sign to run away but alas he didn’t realise the mess he was about to get into. It was certainly going to be a problem.
[Or in which, The Cleaners and The Raiders are rival coffee shops. With Zankas’s luck, he ends up dorming with Jabber, the barista of The Raiders — and everything spirals out of his control.]

Summary
"GREAT! Just great! As if this could GET any better!" Zanka bites out, seething. Of course he's stuck here, injured, in a damp, dirty cell, and of course he's stuck here with fucking Jabber of all people.
Jabber whistles appreciatively, "Man, you're in a mood today. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?" and cackles at his own joke. Zanka's gonna strangle him. He's gonna rip out those bars with his bare hands and use them to beat Jabber to death.
or
Zanka is taken by some people who want to study givers. Jabber is there too. This somehow makes everything both better and so much worse.

Summary
The kiss is everything Zanka thought it would be, it's filthy, it’s disgusting, it’s like sharing the spliff, sharing spit, sharing their intoxication, Zanka hates it, he sinks his hand into Jabber’s hair, tugs hard enough that Jabber howls, and fights until it’s him pushing Jabber against the wall.
Jabber moans, his back arching, “Fuck, fuck, Zan-zan, you’re makin’ me so hard,” and his words make something climb up Zanka’s back, especially when a hand slips under his shirt, throws it over his head, and Zanka’s quick to do the same, and he’s never done this before, but it’s familiar in every way, ignorant in every other. The ugly, timid thing inside of him is wailing, it's fallen down into his gut, it’s screaming with every push of their tongues.
Ouroboros
(n.) /ˈuː.rəˌbɔːr.əs/
An ancient symbol of a serpent or snake consuming its own tail, embodying endless cycles of obsession, destruction, and rebirth; the infinite loop of desire and self-destruction.(Or, in which Zanka can’t stop thinking about Jabber, no matter how much he fights, runs, or hates it—and it only gets worse.)

Summary
“Damn…” His voice was rough, barely more than a whisper. “You carryin’ me?”
Zanka didn’t look back. “I am. Now shut up.”
“What? You care about me?”
Zanka said nothing.
“That’s hot,” Jabber murmurs after a moment, voice slurred with exhaustion. “I like it when you man-handle me.”
“Would you just shut up?!”
—
Jabber tried a new poison that didn’t go well, Zanka begrudgingly takes him to the Cleaners.
