Summary
Oscar had never really put all that much thought into his status as a beta.
As a beta, his secondary sex didn't put anywhere near as much of an effect on his every day life in the way that being an alpha or omega would. He didn't experience heats or ruts, and well… his ability to scent was baseline. His own scent was mild and even, much less prone to souring. In turn, he wasn't as affected by the scents of others either. It meant he had a pretty easy time on the track, all things considered.

Summary
It had all started with that stupid video they’d filmed in Austin – finish the lyrics or whatever McLaren had ended up calling it. Oscar’s scent had turned so strong throughout the entire filming process that the crew had actually started propping open windows, airing the room out as best as they could.
The sticky sweet scent of cinnamon still clings to Lando’s senses on lonely nights when his innate omega nature wants nothing more than for Lando to cross over the hall, knock on Oscar’s door, and beg to sleep in his bed.
