Midoriya's wide, stunningly green eyes stared back at him. His tan, freckled cheeks were flushed a stunning shade of pink. Soft-looking plush lips had fallen open just a touch, as if he were going to say something in return. Shouto had a lot of thoughts about those lips.

“He calls you—” Ashido's eyes got wide before she started screeching. The rest of her sentence became indistinguishable. Shouto winced. She started jumping up and down. Even Kaminari looked chipper from where he was on the floor. “That’s too cute! When did he start saying it? How often does he say it? Does he say out and about, or does he say it more at home? I can’t believe this! Do other people know?”
“A few weeks ago, often, yes, mostly, no,” Shouto replied, thinking he got all of her questions with that. Ashido didn’t apparently seem to care, squealing some more and whipping out her phone.
“This is going in the group chat. This is amazing.” She paused. “You don’t mind if we tell others?”
That Shouto’s fake boyfriend called him love, now why would he have a problem with that?

Summary
For the record, Shouto didn’t expect this coming from All Might. His own shitstain of an old man, for sure. But All Might has always seemingly adored Izuku; even when he fumbled, he did so with the intent to support. He might not be Izuku’s biological father, but he certainly was gunning for the title of an adoptive one. Shouto didn’t expect him to turn around and say that.
Or: Ass Might makes a mistake of doubting Shouto's devotion.

Summary
There were a few things that Midoriya Izuku was sure of. He often found confidence difficult, but he had to accommodate logic into his worldview, and some things simply could not be denied.
The grass was green, the sky was blue. The League of Villains was no more. He had friends who loved him, and would not let him think anything else. He was quirkless. He was, despite the doubt that he sometimes felt, a hero. Endeavor sucked, but his experience as a hero couldn’t be ignored. Bakugou Katsuki admired him, and was working hard to be his friend again.
Todoroki Shouto was in love with him.
