(I'm not doing every single Sylus related piece of content, but I'm doing a lot of it!) Think of this as taking the source material and adding in original elements to ‘fix’ what may be missing as well as adapt the story from a visual format into a fully written one. I'm hoping to give you a clear beginning, middle, and end.

He rolls his eyes and sighs into the receiver. "I wouldn’t be jealous over something so trivial." Hesitation threads through his voice, but then he continues, "It’s... if we share life’s sweetness, we naturally must share its bitterness. That includes mediocre dinners."

Summary
The game always hints at a darkness within Rafayel and I thought let's run with that by exploring what he'd be like if his obsession went unchecked. This explores the villain inside of him.
So he meets Star (MC) for the very first time ( no previous lives like in the game )when she is sent to investigate a wanderer appearance in his artwork, theyre instantly attracted to each other but she is unavailable (married to Sylus of all people).
Rafayel decides that is not an issue for him, because she is the love of his life. And he will do whatever to make that happen

It is so captivating, satisfying even, to watch Rafayel's face quirk with curious doubt—then drain of all color—then flush the deepest red you’ve ever seen, all the way up to the tips of his ears. He clears his throat, sandwiching the photo in his hands, protecting it from prying eyes or wayward camera lenses, and his voice drops to a hiss. “What is this?”
“What does it look like?” You shrug, a curl falling into your eyes, and you playfully tuck it behind your ear. “It’s a boudoir photo. Duh.”
