“I didn’t want to seem cold, you know, since it’s in my nature.”
Lucy rolls her eyes but the smile doesn’t leave her face. Natsu doesn’t say anything, but Gray can’t help but notice the relief that takes over his features, and the way he relaxes a little.
“Your jokes are terrible Gray, I hope you know that.”

Summary
There’s so much going on right now, Rogue doesn’t know where to settle. First Sting still has his hands on his shoulders, strangely keeping the jacket and himself in place. Then there’s the intense stare that Sting is giving him and finally there’s the concern in his voice that Rogue, is so, so not used to.
He is lost. Like he hasn’t been since he was little, and trying to figure out if he should use a green or a pink pencil. When he became old enough, his mother made sure he would always prioritize his wants, his needs and to always be sure of what he is doing.
But right now, he is torn between letting Sting doing whatever he wants or just moves away from him.

The Ocean.
Vast, blue, untamed, deep and it holds many secrets that one has yet to find. Unpredictable most of the time, barely able to contain the rage in the waves.
For a long time, Natsu thought that this particular place was the only way for him to feel at peace; for his raging thoughts to be finally put at rest; for his aching body to finally be unravelled.
But that was before he found the ocean in the eyes of someone, he never thought he would see it.

He had killed his master. She sealed one darkness, one void; but for Gray, another opened. He no longer felt belonged. This sky which claimed to have a space for everyone— it had nothing for him.
But the thing about ice is, it melts.

As if on cue, a low, echoing growl travels through the halls, and Kazuo feels his heart immediately pick up, beating wildly in his chest and so hard it almost hurts.

5 times people don't realize that Deku is already in a very happy relationship and try their hand at asking him out, and then in Bakugou's unique and special style, get very firmly corrected, +1 time where no correction is needed.

Kacchan pulls the bathroom door shut behind him roughly. When he doesn’t come back in after a few seconds Izuku's eyes dart between the closed door and his bleeding hand a few times.
So... does Izuku just...take it out?
"Do NOT," he hears as soon as he starts reaching for the knife, "touch! The fucking knife!"
Izuku does not touch the fucking knife.

5 times Izuku tries to brush aside or take care of an injury on his own and Kacchan helps him, +1 time where Izuku leans on Kacchan's shoulder before he can get hurt.
(Or five times Katuski almost has an Deku-induced aneurysm and one time they're both okay thank fucking god)

Summary
Faint crackling electricity, like the fabric of a windbreaker rubbing against itself, covering the sound of shifting rubble and settling dust. It’s a sound Katsuki’s heard a thousand times before, usually preceded with a shout from Deku saying One For All-
“Full Cowling,” Katsuki whispers, staring and grasping for words. “What the fuck.”
Deku is standing near Katsuki’s feet, back bowed forward like Atlas and body lit up with a green so bright it’s incandescent. Blackwhip escapes from his arms in countless tendrils, lightning arcs off his body every second, and there’s a faint tremble running through his legs.
He’s terrifying. He’s beautiful.
He’s holding the fucking building on his shoulders.
