Summary
“Kirk, I have a medical report from your CMO saying that you two are…” She squints. “‘Exhibiting an inability to tolerate a loss of physical contact without severe and shared cephalalgia?’ So what, he’s saying that your heads hurt if you stop holding hands?”
Jim lifts his and Spock’s arms into view of the camera. “Yes ma’am.”
“Really?” The Admiral says in a tone of unabashed curiosity.
“I can assure you, ma’am, we are not doing this for recreational purposes.” Spock says dryly.
...
Or the one in which Jim gets hit with Sex Pollen TM, but Spock doesn't like his consent dubious so politely declines.
Luckily, that crisis is averted. Unluckily, Jim and Spock realize they have been left unable to go without touching for more than a few minutes without excruciating pain. If only they could cure it through the power of confessing their feelings and having scorching hot sex!Bookmarked by Nutdestroyer

Summary
A t’hy’la bond is a sacred, joyous thing. It is not a thing of accident, of mistake.
When Jim and Spock are accidentally bound together during a first contact meeting with a telepathic species, Spock is consumed by the guilt of forcing Jim into a lifelong bond that cannot be broken.
Jim, for his part, just wants to figure out if Spock likes him or not.

Summary
Jim Kirk wasn’t supposed to have a roommate at Starfleet Academy—especially not a Vulcan one with too much discipline and zero tolerance for chaos. But what begins as a bureaucratic error turns into late-night debates, entirely too much eye contact, and four years of shared space neither of them really wants to give up. Spock documents everything. Jim leaves snarky annotations. Somewhere between the arguments and the quiet cups of tea, something real begins to form.
Love, as it turns out, is just a series of annotated behavioral logs waiting for a final conclusion.
Jim writes the last entry.

Summary
Good evening,
Please review the attached photograph and verify that it has aroused you. Furthermore, please provide photographs of your own at your earliest convenience. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Spock* * * *
After drunkenly making out with a coworker at a mixer, Spock determines to follow up appropriately. Armed with research into socio-sexual behaviours and a list of expected next steps, he initiates what he expects to be a less-than-one-month casual sexual relationship, based on the averages he's observed with Jim's previous flings. He's going to get a good grade in behaving like a normal neurotypical human (something that's normal to want and possible to achieve).
