Summary
Prowl knew they were different, but he simply couldn’t remember why they were different. If he could find a way to unlock the memories hidden deep within his processor, he might finally know who he was and why he was as he was.
Having escaped the Institution with another youngling in tow, Red Alert could only hope they make it to the northern border in one piece. Ever wary of mechs, Red Alert is torn between believing that the strange, young Praxian indeed had no memory of who or what he was or that the mech would turn on him and kill him in his recharge.
With the war a few vorns in and with no end in sight, the two start their journey to the border in hopes of freedom...that is if they survive.

It was a beautiful orn - no one could have imagined the horror that would envelope them and ruin in a few seconds everything they had ever known. War has no mercy, no favourites and your survival might sometimes be worse than death.
*Aug 6, 2020 is the 75th anniversary of the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima - the first time a nuclear bomb had ever been used on a populated city mostly filled with civilians and children. Many people forget the horrors of the aftermath - for those who survived, they had to face not only the scars and cancers and loss of loved ones, but also the stigma associated with surviving the bomb. This four-part fic is in commemoration of the 75th anniversary and will focus on the direct aftermath of the bombing.

Summary
So rummaging through my writing folder I often come across ideas and half-written stories. As with most writers - some muses grabbed me and wouldn't let go, demanding their voices be heard - others sprung up just to slide down and back into the inky pool of half-cocked plots.
Others, still yet, managed to get a bit of their voices heard, before calling it a day and returning to the pool. This is the place for those. Perhaps some of them will re-emerge, perhaps not, but as they went through all the trouble to be written down in black on white, I'll do the honours of posting.
Updates will be periodic. The relationships mentioned are the ones I ship, and eventual chapters will feature them.
Lastly, I'm gifting this to my wonderful beta Siriuslyfiesty - she has been the one to motivate, threaten, encourage and assist me with most all my stories. Her friendship has been invaluable to me.

Summary
Life has dealt Smokescreen a pretty raw deal. He never meant to be bad, but he landed up in a youngling detention centre, and has now been wrongly accused of murder.

Summary
