Stiles held both hands out. “She loves it here!”
“Probably because we treat her right,” Boyd insisted, giving him a look.
“Again, not my fault,” Stiles argued. “But I will let you berate me to your heart’s content as long as you help fix her so she doesn’t leave me stranded in the boonies.”
“This whole fucking town is the God damn boonies,” Derek said angrily. Stiles wondered if he had any other settings.
So far he’d learned confusion and anger. He hoped there was a happy setting in there somewhere.
Boyd’s gaze cut briefly to Derek, then back to Stiles. “I see you’ve met Derek.”
“Oh yeah. We are now very close friends,” Stiles said, turning to grin at the Alpha.
He didn’t look impressed. Also like he was trying to figure out which parts of Stiles were the squishiest and easiest to eat through. That was concerning, he didn’t like that.

The back of Marc’s neck tingled and that was all the warning he got before Khonshu spoke. This man is broken, Marc Spector. Much like yourself.
Marc didn’t react to the insult apart from flinching slightly. He glanced back down at the shuddering man. “I don’t think he’s gonna hurt anyone, Khonshu.”
Maybe so. But he has hurt people before. I can feel it.
The man was still panting, chest heaving. It was a wonder he hadn’t passed out yet. “He just needs some help. That’s all.”
Takes place after CA:tWS and follows the many times Bucky and Marc meet across the MCU timeline.

Summary
In body, he is made of stone, not flesh. He's capable of moving or even lifting multiple tons with only his arms, and there's yet to be a situation he can't fight his way out of.
In spirit, he is made of a force, not neurons. It's been four years and still nobody knows where his soul came from or how it keeps getting stronger, how he can feel connections within the old temples that litter the landscape.
Despite everything, they accept him. Some wanted him dead, or for themselves to weaponize, but most simply want him around.
He thinks he can live with that.
