Leo didn't reach for his keys sitting on his desk. He simply didn't need them. His home was right here.
Leo reluctantly agrees to let Josh work in his office overnight, unfortunately that leads to all of his staff inviting themselves to join. The night ends in a sleepover of sorts.

Summary
For what it was worth, Ilya did school his expression into something less slack-jawed in record timing- his eyes flicking toward him and then back at the, well, crime scene before them both with calculative neutrality.
“...What the fuck is this, Hollander?”
“It’s a dead body.”
“Yes, I see this. I am saying what the fuck is it doing here?”
“Obviously I killed him.” Shane spoke.
“Obviously.” Ilya echoed, his voice a ghost of a whisper. He was staring at the corpse with a quiet bewilderment that Shane would have found amusing in literally any other circumstance.
“...I don’t really know what to do now.” Shane admitted quietly.
Ilya was silent for a long, terrifying moment. “And you thought I would?”
“Well…”
“Well, what, Hollander?”
“You knocked.”In which, Shane Hollander kills a man (in self defense) and is far more concerned about crossing a line with Ilya than the dead body in his hallway.
