Summary
'Who else on this Earth would ever be able to find it in themselves to love him; a beast?'
The year is 1904, in Lumiere - society is heavily based around art and artists, in an attempt to try and get the royal family back. Anyone who falls outside that category is simply an outcast. In a family of well-respected writers: Gustave Auclair, an engineer, and his little sister, Maelle, a swordswoman, fall into that category of misfits. Not that they mind, they have their supportive family, as well as each other. What more could they want?
Verso Dessendre, the cursed and lost prince of Lumiere, only has six months to rid his family of the curse that had been set upon them by a sorceress ten years ago. Otherwise, on his 33rd birthday, his whole cursed family will turn to stone. They all had their faults, there were many reasons they were cursed, but Verso in particular has the hardest task of all: to take back a lie he had said. To care and love someone, and have that care and love reciprocated. After an Earthquake and subsequent fracture, their castle broke apart from the main country, forming their own little continent. They hadn't seen a real person in a decade.
It was hopeless... right?

Summary
“Are you… real?” Gustave whispers to the statue. Of course he is only met with silence.
And still he feels an inexplicable pull towards it. Rationality tells him that he is defiling the resting place of a mummy right now. But the emotional side, the one that makes a gentle warmth spread through his chest and his heart beat with excited anxiety: It tells him this being is alive.

Summary
When Steve gets invited to a formal party with the government, Fury tells him he can bring a plus one of his choosing. While listening quietly in the corner, Tony heaves a sigh of relief because the team could really do with some positive publicity and any of the Avengers are a good choice for Steve. Tony just wants Steve to be happy after all, even if he knows Steve's gonna pick Natasha. He knows Steve doesn't like him and he's aware there's never going to be anything more between them. They're barely even friends really.
So of course he's absolutely shocked when a gold filigree letter rests in his palms two days later. He's the worst person for this.

Summary
When Steve returns the stones he knows he is going to stay in 2012. This is the only chance he has. He can do better there. He knows what he needs to change so when Thanos comes, he and Tony are standing side by side. The only thing he didn't plan on was confronting his own feelings for Tony Stark.
(Or the fix it fic where Steve arrives in 2012 and tries to rewrite MCU canon in order to save Tony Stark).
