Summary

Through these new friendships, Shigeo is exposed to other espers, forced to reckon with his own powers, confront past traumas, and grapple with emotions that he thought he would never experience again.

shintaro was exhausted. helping this girl was such an involved job with so many moving parts and potential consequences he wondered how he had found the courage to go through with it at all. she was obviously distressed by what happened to her. he needed to at least try and make sure she would be alright, but was it really OK to put her in the hands of someone like shintaro kisaragi? notorious incapable-of-helping-hikkikomori shintaro kisaragi?
