    After being married for many years, Viktor and Jayce Talis finally decide they want to start a family. Viktor's weak constitution and reproductive troubles would prove to be more of a barrier than expected. Even so, the couple decided to go through with treatments to hopefully increase their chances of conceiving.

    The devastation from repeated losses and crushed hope had taken its greedy toll, especially on Viktor. The conclusion that he would never be able to bear life was not an easy pill to swallow, and was the catalyst for a sharp decline in health. All those surrounding the omega worried endlessly for him, his husband obviously at the forefront of that.

    The lingering side-effects of the hormones given to increase his fertility was a painful reminder of their losses. Even though they stopped treatment almost 6 months ago, irritating physical changes still plagued his body. Wishing to be rid of these burdens, he seeks help from a friend in Undercity, only to be blindsided by a diagnosis thought to be impossible.

    With poor health and Zaun-Piltover tensions rising, the timing was horrible. The prospect of Viktor and/or the baby surviving was very low, but he was going to do anything to defy those odds.
