Izuku is abnormal in his normalcy. Born to that tiny population of humans without quirks, the only member of his generation that he’s ever met. A dying breed.
Likewise, the population of humans who can peer into that strange Otherplace is so small Izuku couldn’t even begin to guess the percentage. He’s never met anyone with Sight, yokai having taken a place in the vague memories of humankind to be forgotten and ignored.
