Set in an AU where Isack Hadjar opens a bakery with his friend Jack Doohan. Everyone else is still a driver, only changes are that Daniel is Max's teammate and Yuki is Liam's!

He finally looks at the two strangers and proceeds to almost pass out. Standing there under a streetlight and looking slightly amused and very concerned are Yuki and Liam. It is at this moment that Isack realizes three things that instantly instill dread.One, he ran face-first into his biggest (and only) crush. Two, he had a full-on shutdown in front of two of his three favorite drivers, and they are now staring at him with worried faces. Three, he is wearing their team merch.

Summary
The monitor starts to blare, and nurses rush in to see what is going on. One nurse begins to time the episode, while another one pinches his earlobe. Liam starts waking up a minute and a half later. He bursts into sobs before he can fully comprehend what is happening. His body hurts everywhere, and he feels more fear than he has in a long time.
As his senses return, he can hear a nurse speaking to him in a quiet and calm voice. He can’t quite tell what she is saying, but it’s nice to know he isn’t alone. He feels like he just completed a long day of training. When he can no longer keep his eyes open, he slips into a sleep that is fueled by pure exhaustion.

He types out a message and prays to whoever is out there that he entered the right number, and that the number hadn’t changed in the last four years.

“WHERE IS YOUR SHIRT?!” Kimi pushes himself off of Ollie and walks into the drivers room. Pausing a few feet in and turning to stare accusingly at his best friend. Ollie closes the door and leans against it. “Hi to you, too, Andrea.” his tone is light and teasing.
Kimi narrows his eyes for a moment before he looks anywhere but at the 6’2 Greek statue of a man that is leaning, shirtless and sweaty, against a door like it’s not something out of a wet dream. His breath catches in his throat, and he can feel a blush spreading up his neck and across his cheeks. It’s not like Kimi is unaware of how attractive his friends and other drivers are, but he isn’t in love with Oliver Bearman. Kimi isn’t even gay for crying out loud. At least that is what he tells himself late at night when he’s stuck scrolling on Instagram reels watching #OllieBearmanEdits. It’s purely platonic. Totally. He nearly jumps out of his skin when a hand is placed on his shoulder.

Summary
George picks up his phone and, in a moment of vulnerability, calls Max. The phone only rings once before Max answers.
“What do you want, George?”
Max sounds grumpy, and George can hear lots of voices in the background. Instead of answering in words, a sob escapes from his mouth. Max swears softly, and George can hear that he is moving locations.
“Schat, where are you?”
His tone has changed to one that is too gentle to be aimed at George. George, who badmouthed him in the media, George, who tried to get Max race banned, George, who made Max leave this morning. He doesn’t notice he's saying this out loud until Max interrupts him.
“George. I don’t care about any of that right now, Liefje. Are you at your hotel? I’m on my way baby.”
