Story starts at the end of chapter 2 of Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth, after katara leaves zuko in the dark.

Summary
From the time of the Norse gods and Viking tribes, Arne is transported to a futuristic, dystopian world and has to work together with a group of people to survive. They end up falling |in love with someone in the group. They fight the antagonist, Dr. Grendel, and fall in love somewhere between. It features Arne, Jason, Tessa, James, and Fluffy, who try to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.
I will not be finishing this story, but I'm gonna leave it here for anyone who wants to read my god awful writing

AU where Zuko realises early into his banishment that Ozai is an abusive bastard who sent him on a wild goose chase. Iroh turns their decommissioned warship into a floating tea shop, and Zuko settles down as a tea server onboard the Jasmine Dragon.
And then, years later, the Avatar emerges from the iceberg.
And then Aang decides that he wants Zuko, the first good firebender he’s met this century, to be his firebending teacher - even though Zuko wants nothing to do with him.

Summary
After his Agni Kai, Zuko flees the Fire Nation without Iroh or his crew. He finds himself stranded, alone, and injured in the Earth Kingdom when taken in and raised as a healer and farmer by an Earth Kingdom couple. He finds new ways to use his bending and to influence in the changing of the war with new understanding of himself, his bending, and the war. As someone with new perspectives and influence he is able to provide a greater understanding of being a teacher, warrior, and friend when meeting the gaang.

zuko is five years old when he starts to hear whispers about how he is a nonbender. the male heir to fire lord ozai, a nonbender, zuko claims he is a late bloomer, his firebending spark will come soon.
it never comes.OR
an eight year old zuko runs away from the fire nation. he teaches himself how to steal, to fight, to survive. eight years later he meets a group of four teenagers, including the avatar, seeking an end to fire lord ozais reign by the end of the summer.
