Serving together as one half of a Command team with your former lover when you're far from over how much you both still really want to be together is hard enough, but throw in a First Contact situation that may be hiding something far more sinister, a potentially career destroying mishap that isn't quite what it appears to be, a serious injury that brings out a lot of hidden emotions and thus causes relationship altering changes and multiple friends both on and off the ship mixing unrequested meddling with their requested advice and it's no wonder that both Seven and Raffi have anxiety issues for days.

And Wells was still talking: "Also, hear me out, have you ever tried girls? Because maybe this isn't a 'don't want to jump Lavalle thing' and is instead more of your tragic Vulcan upbringing. I mean, I don't know how Vulcans explore their sexuality, but I've talked to Spock for five minutes, the answer seems to be not well."
