Castiel presented as an Omega at 14 much to his mothers distaste.
Forcing him to present as a Beta, Castiel runs away the night of his 18th birthday only to have his car break down in Lawrence Kansas where he meets Alpha Dean Winchester. The absolute love of his life.
Now at 25 being told he has to come off of suppressants or face detrimental medical complications, Castiel has to come clean to Dean not only about his designation but the love he holds for the Alpha as well.
