“Thank you,” Taesan mutters, which causes Sungho to shiver slightly, the warm breath hitting his ear. “You didn’t have to do all of this.”
That, causes Sungho to shift a bit before bringing up one of his hands to stroke Taesan’s hair.
“Of course I did,” Sungho huffs. “I wanted to make today special for you, even if we aren’t in Korea for it.” He says that last part a bit more softly, and instead of a verbal response, Taesan simply hums and snuggles a bit more into his neck. As they say, actions speak louder than words.
***AKA Sungho decides to make Taesan's first birthday out of the country special. (This is just 3000+ words of fluff).

Summary
Park Sungho, despite his love for romance books and movies, has never had a boyfriend before, but he's definitely had a crush. Five crushes to be exact, and each time, he writes a letter to them. Ones which he never plans on sending, especially to Han Dongmin, his childhood friend, and his older cousin's boyfriend. By a twist of fate, the letters somehow still end up getting out, and to avoid an awkward and complicated situation, he enlists the help of Myung Jaehyun, who happens to be among those five crushes, and who had also received a letter.

Barbatos’s eyes go round. “Raw?” he says, astonished. “My word.” He pauses, studying the qingxin in deep contemplation. Then he pops a petal into his mouth and immediately gags.
Xiao concludes then and there that the Anemo Archon is an idiot. “I warned you,” he says, utterly unsympathetic.
“That’s true!” Barbatos laughs. He runs a thumb over the bloom, but (thankfully) doesn’t try to eat any more. “I think it’ll grow on me,” he muses, then smiles, as if he’s said something clever.
