After asking Turtle if his family had any magical artifacts that would help their clawmates ‘open up,’ he gifts her a bowl of strawberries and tells her that whoever eats one will be forced to tell the truth for an entire day. Naturally, Kinkajou takes it without hearing the full explanation.
Surely, nothing bad will come out of this.

The day he first killed a dragon during the War of Sandwing Succession, Hailstorm being captured, the abuse he endured afterwards, the day of the Diamond Trial, Darkstalker's awakening, hurting one of his closest friends, and choosing his tribe over his friends at the Battle of Jade Mountain Academy. Awaiting trial, the Icewing Prince can only hope that he survives this encounter- and that if he does, the following days won't be as awful as the ones behind him.
