Summary
Jungkook arrives late to Professor Kim’s class on the first day. The notoriously strict and stern teacher is known to fail students or kick them out of class for much less than merely being a little late, but when Jungkook walks into the lecture hall and locks eyes with his professor, the teacher just looks at him curiously. And when he arrives late next class, and for many more after that, Professor Kim just becomes more endeared with each flustered late arrival. As classes and days pass, Professor Kim stops being a reserved, impassive professor around Jungkook; he simply becomes Taehyung.
Or: Without meaning to, Jungkook starts to fall in love with his professor. And without meaning to, his professor falls in love with him too. They get closer and closer throughout the semester even though they know they shouldn’t, but love doesn’t follow any rules, so neither will they.
