“Hello? Good morning, bossman.” Oh, Tubbo noticed he was awake. He waved slightly, wincing when a twinge went through his wrist. Tubbo froze slightly before continuing, “I’m live.”
Sure enough, Ranboo could just barely make out OBS on the monitor he could see from the bed.or: Ranboo is in the UK, but somedays the pain still stops their plans.

"His streaming friends were never supposed to find out, but it's hard to hide a chronic health issue. Ranboo had enough doctors appointments to try and get any kind of diagnosis to really hide, anyway. He didn’t want to lie to his friends, even if they couldn’t really do anything if they found out it was a lie since most of them lived across an ocean from him.
Turning down stream appearances because he had a doctor’s appointment or a “family thing” happened too often to try and deny something was wrong when they confronted him about it."or: Ranboo has chronic pain, he ends up having to tell his friends when they assume the worst.
