Summary
Tim’s been watching Batman and Robin for a while, okay? He understands what crime is. But then Batman turns a guy over to the police for reasons Tim doesn’t understand at all. It’s not a crime to hit your kids so they know what they did wrong, right? So Tim asks Batman about it. And, well, to say it quickly goes sideways is an understatement, AKA, what will later be referred to as “that time Tim tried blackmailing Batman to not call Child Protective Services.”

“These kids won’t tell you what happened.”
Emily pinches her brow. “Why?”
“Child sexual assault victims don’t speak up,” Spencer says, “Not nearly as often as an adult might. So many of these kids don’t have a concept of what’s appropriate, and if they did question it, it’s almost guaranteed to be from someone older, either an older child or an adult they’re told to respect. It wouldn’t get anywhere. If they were teenagers, maybe, but most of these kids are four through ten. We can’t expect them to talk about it. Most of them can’t even conceptualize it.”
It feels like a very quiet whisper in a very quiet room: it was me, it says, but Spencer won’t admit to it.
This is what it takes for a victim to speak up.

Summary
Tim was believed to have died in that warehouse, as was Harley, and Joker, but only one of those was true. Joker did die yes, but Tim, with a smile cut into his face, a broken leg, bleeding from his side, and scratches and bruises all over dragged himself and a unconscious Harley out of the wreckage. Tim took Harley to Poison Ivies place, he knew the woman would care for Harley at least. When Harley woke up she was horrified when she was hit with the realization of what she’d done and helped Joker do. Tim, ever the forgiving one, told her the past was in the past, it was all behind them. Over the next few weeks, instead of kicking him out, Ivy and Harley take Tim in. They treat the smile sketched into his face, get the staple out of his tongue, cast his leg, treat his wounds, and wash his hair out. It took a few times or get the green out. After a few weeks it dons on the two woman that they shoudl send the birdy back to his nest. But Tim says no, very adamantly so.

“Uh, Dick…” he tried again. But the brunette chose that exact moment to finally let everything out.
“You broke my arm, you asshole!” he spat, the resentment in his eyes so intense that Wally wondered if there was something more to it. Wally’s mouth opened several times, but no sound came out.
“Uh, you do realize you just risked something far worse, right?” was all Wally could manage to say. He was utterly confused, like seriously confused by the reaction. It seemed over the top. And he wasn’t the only one, judging by the looks on the faces of the others in the hallway.
“I knew what I was doing,” Dick continued, as though he hadn’t even heard Wally’s words. He was speaking as if Wally was the one not making sense.
There's a shooting at Keystone City University, and while Wally is already on the scene, there's a catch: he’s just regular college student Wally West right now, not Kid Flash. If he does anything out of the ordinary, his secret identity could be exposed. Luckily, he has a plan: he’ll rely on the famous Dick Grayson, who seems completely unfazed by the chaos, to draw attention away from him.
