Her first thought is that there’s something wrong with her cocoa.
“What’s the matter, love?” Killian asks and her inner lie detector is dinging so hard, the concern so fake it might as well be a lie. He can barely hide his grin.
“I think I’ve been roofied,” she says, words automatic when what she really meant to say was ‘nothing’. Nausea rolls in the pit of her stomach when Killian’s smile broadens, white teeth gleaming. “What have you done?” she asks. This can’t be happening, not again, not here.
Hook thinks Emma's walls being broken down will be good for them moving forward in a relationship. Emma has walls for a reason.

Emma reaches for Regina’s hand again, but Regina’s moved her ice cream to it instead. “Though, I mean, if I were into women, your mom would definitely be first on my list,” Emma tells Henry.
“I’m flattered,” Regina says dryly.
Her voice sounds a little strained, and Emma tries to lighten the tone. She hadn’t thought Regina would be uncomfortable with the idea of…well, Henry has two mommies, but the Enchanted Forest had seemed a little regressive. “What? Are you saying I’m not on your list?”
“Yes, Emma,” Regina says, and she barks out a choked laugh of her own. “If I were into women, you would definitely be on my list.”

Summary
Post-finale. Regina returns home to Storybrooke after years away to find that very little has changed in the years since she'd been gone. She still has a son there waiting, struggling to adjust to a new world. She still has a partner, a best friend in a turbulent marriage who looks at her with far too much raw affection in her eyes.
But Emma also has a little girl now, an infant with Regina's eyes and Regina's magic, and soon, all of Storybrooke as Regina has known it will change irrevocably with her arrival.

Summary
After the curses are broken, things in Storybrooke finally seem to settle down into a small-town way of life. Emma is pleased with her job, with having her parents close, with her baby brother and with Friday night dinners over the Mills' house. She doesn't realize this deep feeling that something is missing until Regina announces she wants to have another child - and asks Emma to be the donor. Together, she argues, they've never failed. Though at first the idea sounds crazy, Emma soon realizes Henry is all grown-up, and that she missed too much to let this opportunity also slip away. She doesn't want to be a donor, doesn't want to let go of another kid - but there are many things she does want. And maybe this time they can do things just right.
This is a post-canon OUAT fic. Not an AU and not an omegaverse, but still g!p Emma.
