    Summary

"Oh my Titans," Cipher said. She wasn't even laughing anymore, which was a sign of the coming end times, probably. "The Little Lion's actually pregnant."

"It's early, obviously," Hyacine said, her brows furrowed. "But the signs are all there. Somehow. To know for certain, we'd have to check again later."

"I'm not pregnant!" Mydei shrieked, his voice oddly high-pitched. Around the clinic, other patients turned to look at him.

Mydei took a long, deep breath. Then, stiffly, he repeated himself. "I am not pregnant."

Or, approximately four months after Amphoreus welcomes the new dawn, Mydei wakes up with an odd golden mark burned directly into his abdomen, identical to the symbol of Worldbearing.

Naturally, he does not, in fact, ask Phainon about this phenomenon. Instead, he discusses with the Trailblazer, obtains terrible advice, and goes on the worst railroad trip of his life.

    Summary

Mydei gathered his all to make his one word comforting—still, the answer to it is a shaky inhale, followed by a quiet sob that Phainon bites back. Before Phainon opens his mouth, his lower lip trembling, Mydei already knows that it’ll be his own name—the longer version—that will come out. Except…

    “My—”

Phainon tries… and Phainon fails. His voice breaking, kneeling over the bloody, still broken—or at least not whole—form of Mydei, Phainon clenches his teeth and shuts his eyes. If one then Mydei knows about loss—he also knows enough about Phainon’s past.

Phainon witnesses Mydei 'die' for the first time - after losing everyone he loved because he failed to protect them, Phainon is facing a new brutal sight and challenge now. The man he loves cannot die... but it's one thing to know and another to see.
Dying and the agony it comes with aren't new for Mydei - but someone he loves loving him back, being by his side, and caring oh-so-much about Mydei's pain are things he has yet to experience and learn.

    Summary

Phainon’s voice would sooner break into something dark and shaking, his control shredded. “…You really want that, Mydei? Then say it again. Look me in the eyes and tell me you want all of me, because once I give in… I won’t be able to stop.”

Mydei does exactly that, his hand clamps around the fine hairs as goosebumps rise on his lover’s nape, fingers digging in just enough to pull him down impossibly close into the thick cloud of his overwhelming scent. Phainon drowns in that scent flooding his head, stripping away whatever scraps of reasoning he had left.

“I want you,” he whimpered, “Every bit of you... fill me... pump your children in me, Deliverer... make me yours.”

    Or,

The noble alpha’s rut called to him like a moth to a flame, and Mydei didn’t hesitate to show up. He came, dripping and needy, hands and mouth following instinct, ready to be used, stuffed, and utterly claimed, every inch aching to carry the alpha’s seed.
