Damian Wayne-Al Ghul and Marinette Dupain-Cheng survive, and live, happily. They no longer worry about masks, even if they sometimes wear them, they hold hands, glinting with matching rings, and they aren't scared to say I love you (even if it's still hard sometimes).
They talk about a family and kids; he realizes that he wants to be a father, a good one. More than his parents ever were. Then his mother arrives on his doorstep: an unwanted heir in the Al Ghul line in her arms and says, "If you don't take him, I'm giving him to Grandfather."
He will never let Ra's Al Ghul mark another child.
