  Summary

  All Astarion wanted from his visit to Mezoberanzan was to burn down House Oblodra. Unfortunately, he wakes up in Vegas-married to a drow prostitute, with a baker's dozen of corpses outside his door and no memory of how that happened. This was not how he intended his holiday to start.

  First of a three-part series about making Ascended Astarion reflect on his choices, mistakes, and growth. The only way he'll really do that is if his house of cards built upon bad decisions topples, and he is forced to confront the repercussions of his actions as they bite him in the ass.
