Summary
“Allow me to tell you…a story,” the thing wearing a child’s skin says. The words sound like they’ve been dragged through concrete, but its smile is a little less malicious and a little more hollow. That’s…maybe good?
Sans shrugs.
“sure. i love stories. this one have a happy ending?”
It grimaces through that pinned-on smile. Its eyes are flat and dead.
“That remains to be seen,” it mutters. It shrugs its shoulders, squirms a little bit. Trying to get comfortable in skin that it doesn’t belong in.
“It’s a story about some kid who freed all the monsters,” it says. “They’re…they’re a…good…they’re…”

Summary
After countless resets, Sans is tired. He’s lost his last bit of hope that some day, this will all be over. Living life outside of the script is pointless. But, when one deviation causes Grillby to remember the current genocide run and all future resets, Sans gains a friend and a confidant. Going through Groundhog Day alone is hell, but together, they’ll make it work, confusing the heck out of their friends and family along the way.

Summary
The scars themselves ranged from long incisions that stretched down his chest and right down his belly like the sharp slice of gutted livestock.
Robert had an ‘X’ crossed over his heart like someone had taken a knife to it and unfolded the skin out like the petals of a flower to drive their fingers in between the gaps of his ribcage.
He was thinner than Sonar had initially guessed from looking at the way his uniform hung from his body. Rail thin and gangly in all the wrong places. He had muscle, of course, more than Sonar had expected to find, but no part of him looked healthy.
…He looked young.
“This isn’t a show, by the way,” the dispatcher ground out as he finally turned his head back to where Sonar was slack-jawed staring. “Didn’t your mother teach you not to stare?”
. . .
Months pass, and Sonar learns to map out the soft parts of Robert...How long will he have, though, before the consequences of Robert’s secrecy catch up to him?
Exhausted and with nowhere else to turn, will his walls finally come crumbling down?

His hair is more of a mess than Dustin has ever seen it outside of literal fights to the death. Eddie himself is nowhere to be seen.

Summary
Three shots ring out.
Steve hears them before he feels them; a warm, wet pain burning in his torso, intolerably excruciating.
There’s a bundle of squawks and screams, outbursts of panic and anger, and it’s only when Hopper falls forwards to take Steve up into a slightly rough, protective hold, does he realize that two of those shots have lodged themselves in his own flesh and bone. (Realizes that he’d moved, instinctively, to shield El, despite never having spoken to her, who’d the gun had been so precisely pointed at, aimed for.)
Steve Harrington watches his own blood pool and trickle over a series of hands pressed against him, small and large, soft and rugged, and for a moment, wants to stay like this. He can’t.

Jonathan has a nice voice. It’s deep, but never booming. It’s just kind and gentle, sometimes teasing and cynical but very rarely cruel. Steve clings to it like a life preserver.
“Hey, man,” Steve says, and it sounds so far from casual that he has to laugh a little bit. “Sorry to bother you. It's not… I didn't mean to bother you. You don’t have to do anything.”
“Don’t do that,” Jonathan says. His gentle voice sounds tinny coming through the walkie’s speaker.
“Do what?”
“Pull away when you need help.”

Always entertaining, always eager to play his part as long as he can put his own spin on it. Caine loves to see someone enjoying his work.
