Summary
Haru Okumura didn't have a choice to go back. Yet, when faced with the opportunity to save those she cared about, she couldn't pass up on the chance. “Stop moving,” Saguru instructs, tightening his suit jacket around Kid’s shoulder until he’s certain it’ll hold for a few seconds. He steps away, turning his eyes away from Kid for a split second before he thinks the better of it. “If you run away and bleed all over London, I’m not helping hide a single bit of the evidence.”
“So,” Kid says, slowly, swallowing down the laughter but not managing to remove it from his voice. “You’re going to help hide the evidence if I don’t bleed all over London?”
“Well,” Saguru responds, turning his back again. “If you don’t run away, at least.”
