The Commission raised two weapons. One for the limelight, the other for the underground. Hawks often heard whispers of what his counterpart did in the shadows, but he never thought they would meet face-to-face. He certainly didn’t expect Wildcard to be less of an unredeemable monster, and more of a traumatized teenager. Like little Keigo used to be.
OR: After Hawks debuted, months went by without a single chirp from the Hero Commission. He soon finds out that his loose leash comes at the expense of a green-haired kid who can steal quirks. The new ’volunteer’ of the Commission’s special training program.
