Summary
Dream wasn’t always like this. He used to show that he cared more often. That was back when Tommy was still just a child that he fostered. Tommy, back then, thought that Dream was weird, being nice to a kid he had just met. Of course he doesn’t feel like that anymore.
It all began to go to shit soon after he adopted Tommy.
OR: Dream is Tommy’s parent. Not a really good one at that. He doesn’t have any friends or people that actually care about him, other than Dream (he doesn’t really care about him but eh…) See what happens when Tommy starts high school and actually makes some friends.
