Someone mentioned in the sneep chat that Severus should be fucked dumb by the Quidditch team, and I'm nothing more than a humble servant of wicked minds. Don't get your hopes up, I didn't write the sex. This is just the preliminary, but I hope it's fun. I wrote it in half an hour and didn't revise anything. English isn't my first language. For years, Severus Snape wore the same shadow—a dark refuge where no one could truly see him. But something changed. Perhaps it was a glance, a brief laugh, the possibility of being seen in a different way. And so, almost without realizing it, he begins to rebuild himself.
The unexpected warmth and care of new friendships, along with the acceptance that some things cannot be changed without help, make Snape see himself differently. Maybe not everything is immutable. Maybe his fate is not set in stone. Maybe life is worth living in each of its small moments. Snape has changed on the outside, but he realizes that perhaps this is the first step toward changing within. In the mirror, Severus finds a reflection he does not despise as much as before. With each small change, a flicker of confidence awakens—a spark he never dared to claim. And all of it shows him that there are still many things he would like to experience.
He will not say the reason aloud—perhaps not even to himself—but there is a name lingering in the air, a name that makes every adjustment, every attempt, a silent promise that if he could just be a little better, he might be worthy of being seen. He might be worthy of being loved.

Summary
James and Lily had recently divorced and James finds himself feeling very alone, so unconsciously he goes looking for comfort in the only constant of his life and ex rival: Severus Snape, that works in a small Potion shop.
The man helps James in hope to make the other heal, but things do not go as planned and soon slips from control.
(The author has changed mind over the ending at like half story, so if it sounds kinda different in some points, that's the reason)

Things go wrong, and Shen Qingqiu watches with horror as his martial brother becomes something other. Not demonic or even heavenly, but certainty filled with power. Shen Qingqiu can do nothing to stop the thing from wiping the small demon clan from existence, nor can he stop the being from touching his cheekbone and rendering him helpless. He does not know what it wants from him, but the way it strokes his skin and coos at him can mean nothing good.
Or: With Sang Qinghua having full author access unlocked temporarily, he wants to do right by his poor little Black Jade, and so he uses his limited time and powers to try and nudge Shen Qingqiu onto a more virtuous path. It isn't easy with how stubborn his little scum villain is, but even if none of his words get through to the man, straightening out his meridians and covering them with a myelin-like sheath would certainly be enough to change something. Even if it doesn't get the man his happy ending, Xiang Fei will have tried.
