Summary
Marinette Dupain-Cheng is a witch - though she doesn’t know it yet.
When she finds a stray black dog in the alley behind her parents’ bakery, she earns his trust with leftover treats and sweet scritches. Unable to leave him on the streets, she sneaks him into her room and gives him a name: Chien Noir.
